It shorten the sample pre-treatment time, unattended feature allows the operator does not have to keep in front of the instrument. So it greatly reduce the frequency of manual operation, The instrument features are easily operated, and uniformity product processing and time-saving etc.

Needles are designed by ourselves.Just need change a part of the needle,this can save the cost.

Automatic control, Set procedures according to the necessary so that it don’t need to manually adjust the sample holder and the height of the specimen cup. Unattended, when the purge is completed, the alarm automatically and reset to the last set height to facilitate the next operation

Double gas-way automatic control configuration, can be accessed by nitrogen source (for sensitive samples) and gas source (for stability samples). Gas-way switches can be directly controlled by the button switch, it reduce the interference factor in the experiment, when using a dedicated compressor as the gas source, gas source buttons can also control the dedicated compressor switch which reduce the frequency of manual operation

Double lifting system, water lifting system can observe the surface of the specimen cup in time during process of purging gas. The purge system’ lift can automatically complete the purging process

Rotating sample holder is designed friendly, it can be ensure that operate the positive of the sample

Uniform gas structure to ensure the uniformity of the gas blowing from the needle and the liquid level of the sample consistency

Each channel can independently control purge gas flow, each needle use the first time to avoid cross-contamination.

Gas flow meter can display the total gas consumption real time.
